Dispatch

We ship worldwide from the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Timings

UK: Tracked delivery via Royal Mail or courier (2–4 working days after dispatch)

Europe: Tracked international service (5–10 working days)

Rest of World: Tracked international service (7–20 working days, depending on the region)

Shipping times can vary due to customs or carrier delays — we’ll keep an eye on your order, but don’t hesitate to reach out if anything looks unusual.

Customs & Duties

Orders outside the UK may incur customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Packaging

All posters are shipped in durable, recyclable tubes or flat mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Refunds.

How to Request a Return

We want you to love your Better Days print. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll help make it better. Email shop@hellobetterdays.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief note about the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Eligibility

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We don’t require forms — just reach out and we’ll figure it out together.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged, please send a photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund asap.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage isn’t automatically covered.
If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll of course take care of it.
If it’s a change-of-mind return, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Products

We do our best to represent the colours and finish of all products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and individual print runs.

Prices & VAT

All prices shown include UK VAT (where applicable).

International customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties.

Payment

Orders are processed securely via our checkout provider (Squarespace). We never store your payment details.
