OVERVIEW
The Fashion Producer Collective is a newly-founded organisation that elevates the voices, expertise and insights of manufacturers within global sustainability conversations.
As a producer-led collective created to uplift others’ voices, FPC faced with a challenge: To build its own consistent brand, narrative and messaging while remaining flexible enough to bring in many voices, perspectives and authors.
We worked closely with FPC’s founding team to create a communications ethos and playbook that balanced modern communications best practice with “teal” organisational principles. The playbook operated at multiple levels to support FPC-led communications to key audiences, alongside member-focused engagement and co-created content.
As proof-of-concept, we also produced a launch film for their first member-created product, Bang-for-Buck.
