About us.
Founded by Laura Quinn and Patrick Cahill in 2023, we shared a frustration that the people doing the most important work in the world often don’t have access to world-class strategic and creative thinking. On a beach in Northern Spain on a cold winter afternoon we decided to combine forces and start a consultancy. We want to help genuine change-makers tackle the big challenges, applying our years of experience where it will have the most impact. In the process, making every day a little bit better — for each other, the partners we work with and the world around us.
About Laura
With half her career spent in India and the US, Laura is back home in the UK - for now. She has consulted in corporate responsibility, sustainability and social change for brands, philanthropies, and non profits for the last 15 years and founded one of India’s first specialised CSR consultancies. Before that, she managed client business at top global creative agencies. At Better Days, Laura leads strategy and comms planning with her passion for making people care and act on critical global issues.
About Patrick
Born in Sydney, now in London — via New York and New Delhi —Patrick has worked with and for some of the world’s most respected creative companies, advising iconic brands, government agencies and high-growth startups, as well as running his own creative consultancy, Cahill&Partners. Patrick leads creative strategy at Better Days, weaving in his passion for geo-politics, economic issues and big macro trends. And sport. And memes.
Our partners.
We are small but mighty, because of the partners we work with. When the right minds come together, anything is possible. We bring together best-in-class talent to build lean, fit-for-purpose teams that are right for every project. Not only does this keep costs lower, it also means you’re working with us, not people who work for us.
